How it works

From application to hire, in one system.

Three steps, no separate login for anyone involved.

01 — Publish

Post a role on your own branded careers site. Every posting is SEO-ready — indexable by Google Jobs, with share buttons and related roles, and it matches your site's look automatically.

02 — Apply

Candidates apply straight from the careers site — no account required. Resumes upload directly, and every application is scored against the role by the matching engine the moment it lands.

03 — Hire

Recruiters work the pipeline from cards on the job, application, and candidate records they already have open in HubSpot — stage moves, interviews, and documents, all in one place.

Candidate experience

A careers site that looks like yours.

Theme-driven by default — no separate branding to maintain. Search, filters, and shareable filtered links out of the box.

Careers listing page — search bar, department/location/remote filters, job cards. Replace with a real capture of /careers/jobs on a licensed portal.

  • Search, department, location, remote, and type filters — all URL-synced and shareable
  • Job detail pages with schema.org markup for Google Jobs indexing
  • Related roles, share buttons, and salary shown or hidden per posting
  • Optional "careers landing" homepage layout with featured roles
  • Resume upload straight into the application, PDF or Word
  • Duplicate-application protection per role
  • Passwordless status portal — a magic link, no account to create
  • Job-alert opt-in by department and location

Recruiter experience

Work the pipeline where you already work.

No separate ATS login. Five cards live directly on the job, application, and contact records already in your CRM.

📋

Job Posting Command Center

Publishing checklist, live funnel counts, and a dry-run candidate ranking, right on the job record.

🧭

Application Workspace

Stage stepper, match breakdown, linked interviews and documents — one screen per candidate application.

👤

Candidate 360

Every application, document, and best-matching open role for this person — right on their contact record.

🎯

A matching engine you can see and tune — not a black box.

Every candidate is scored against a role across 10 configurable dimensions — must-have and nice-to-have skills, seniority, location, salary fit, experience, education, languages, and industry. Weights, thresholds, and gate behaviour are all editable from a settings screen, with a dry-run calibration tool to test a change against real data before committing to it.

Automation

Built-in workflow actions.

Four native actions available in any HubSpot workflow — build your own automation without new tooling.

  • Set application stage — the same guarded transition used by the recruiter cards
  • Recalculate match score — re-score a candidate against a role on demand
  • Close job posting — optionally courtesy-reject every open application at once
  • Create interview — schedule and associate a new interview record

Questions

Before you install.

Does this replace HubSpot, or sit alongside it?

It's a HubSpot app — every job posting, application, interview, and document is a native CRM record in your existing portal. There's no separate database and no separate login for your team.

Does it parse resumes automatically?

Not yet. Resumes upload, store, and attach to the candidate's record today; automatic extraction into structured fields is on the roadmap, not shipped. Be upfront about this if it's central to your evaluation.

Can candidates create an account?

There's no password-based login. The status portal uses a one-time emailed link scoped to that candidate's own applications — no account to create or remember.

Will this exceed our HubSpot custom-object limit?

No — the default install uses 4 objects, comfortably inside HubSpot's standard allowance. The larger 19-object model is opt-in only, and only after your allowance is checked.

What does "requires approval" mean?

Get in touch and we'll confirm fit and pricing — approval is typically turned around within two business days. Once that's sorted, installing is entirely self-service: click the install link above, authorise the app on your portal, and you're set up in minutes.

Ready to see it on your portal?

Installs in minutes once approved. Sample data — postings, candidates, interviews — is one click away for a trial run.
