Each app needs a one-time approval before its first install on a portal. After that the links above work at any time — to install fresh, to re-install after removal, or to update to the latest version. Approval is typically turned around within one business day.
File Manager and Events also ship as fully customisable private apps with no external dependencies — deployed straight into your portal instead of installed from a link.
