About
Built from real portals,
then published.
worksby.design publishes HubSpot tools built from real portals — released with their evidence, kept working after.
01 What it is
A publisher, not a vendor.
worksby.design is an independent publisher of HubSpot tooling: public apps, UI extensions, a CMS theme, quote modules, and the documentation that came out of building them. Every tool here was built for a real HubSpot portal first, measured there, and released with the method behind each number. Nothing on this site is for sale — there are no services, no engagements and no price list. The downloads are free under the Apache License 2.0; the public apps install on request; the references are free to read.
worksby.design is not HubSpot, not a HubSpot partner and not endorsed by HubSpot. The full statement, the licences and the privacy terms are on one legal page.
02 Who builds it
People who run HubSpot every day.
worksby.design is a collaboration of HubSpot enthusiasts with a strong RevOps mindset. Between them sit many years in sales, customer success, fintech, IT and engineering — the people who operate a CRM and the people who build on one, in the same conversation. That is why every tool starts from a pipeline, a renewal, a ticket or a quote that a real team was struggling with, and why the first question is always whether HubSpot already does it.
It was founded in 2026 and is based in the Netherlands. The brand leads wherever a name appears; the person legally responsible for this site is named on the legal page. The name is the promise: the things work because they were designed, not improvised.
03 How it is built
Evidence, native, restraint.
Evidence. A claim without a method is hype with a font size. Performance numbers carry the page, the cache state and the date; every app reference is verified against the running code and says when. Screenshots are real; diagrams are of the thing that shipped.
Native. Extend the portal, never replace it. Apps keep their records in your CRM, files in your file manager, events on your contacts. No parallel database, no shadow system to reconcile later; if an app stopped existing tomorrow, your data would be exactly where it is now.
Restraint. Build only what HubSpot does not already do, and say so. Half of the scoping conversations end with "the portal already does this" — that is recorded as a good outcome, and it is why the references tell you when not to build.
Maintenance is the promise that follows: HubSpot's platform versions move, and the tools move with them. Migration is part of the tool, not a project afterwards.
04 What is published
Downloads, apps, references — and the source.
Downloads — Theme Fasterrr, the Quote Module Collection, the Product Configurator, Maps & Streetview and UI Games — ship as zips under the Apache License 2.0, each with LICENSE, NOTICE, README.md and INSTALL.md at its root. The same five packages are published as read-only git repositories at https://worksby.design/git/<name>.git (names: theme-fasterrr, quote-module-collection, product-configurator, maps-streetview, ui-games), rebuilt from the source tree by the same publisher that builds the zips, so a clone and a download never differ.
Public apps — Events, File Manager, Members Portal, ATS and Academy — are OAuth apps installed directly into portals that request them. Their source is not distributed.
References and guides live under /docs/, every page also served as plain Markdown and indexed in /llms.txt; the wider HubSpot corpus behind them is reachable over the documentation MCP.
05 What it is not
No services, no sales.
worksby.design does not sell consulting, implementation or custom development, and does not quote for work. The contact form answers questions about a tool, access to the documentation MCP, or something you read here — a person replies within two business days.
