worksby.design is a publisher of HubSpot tooling — apps, UI extensions, CMS themes, quote modules and the documentation that came out of building them. It is operated by Willem Reus. It is not a company, it sells nothing on this site, and it takes no payment here.

Contact goes through the contact form. No email address is published, on purpose.

worksby.design is independent. It is not HubSpot, not a HubSpot business unit, not a HubSpot partner, and nothing here is endorsed, sponsored or reviewed by HubSpot. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc., used on this site only to name the platform these tools extend.

Other names and marks belong to their owners. Where a product's optional sample data uses a third-party mark, that product's NOTICE file says so — the Product Configurator's Apple sample catalogue, for example.

The worksby.design name and marks are not licensed to anyone. The Apache License that covers the downloads excludes them explicitly (its section 6).

Downloads — Theme Fasterrr, the Quote Module Collection, the Product Configurator, Maps & Streetview, UI Games and the Claude Code plugin — are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Every zip carries the licence as LICENSE and the attribution as NOTICE at its root. Use them, change them, ship them inside your own work; keep the notices.

Public apps — Events, File Manager, Members Portal, ATS and Academy — are installed by invitation into portals that request them; their source is not distributed. They are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, and a portal admin can uninstall them at any time from the portal's connected apps.

Parts of the published code derive from HubSpot's own example projects and are used under their licences; each NOTICE names them.

This website loads no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, and sets no cookies. The web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, user agent, time — for operating and securing the service; they are not shared with anyone.

The contact form sends your name, email address, company and message to the operator's inbox and records them as a contact in worksby.design's own HubSpot CRM, so that a reply can be tracked. They are used to answer you and for nothing else.

Installing a public app stores, on api.worksby.design, the OAuth tokens and the portal id the app needs to run for your portal. The records an app manages — events, files, tickets, candidates, courses — stay in your HubSpot portal, or in a storage location your admin chooses in the app's settings; nothing is copied to a CRM, warehouse or analytics tenant you did not choose. Uninstalling the app ends its access.

The documentation MCP (mcp.worksby.design) signs a person in with a one-time link emailed to an allow-listed work address, and logs every documentation call — which file, which install, when — to keep access accountable and to detect bulk copying. Access is read-only, per person, and revocable.

The approval service (/apps/human-approval) stores the public key of each enrolled security key and the record of each approval request. It uses one session cookie, strictly needed for that flow, on those pages only.

Hosting is with OVHcloud in France, inside the European Union. Email is sent through worksby.design's own relay and its email provider's SMTP service.

Your rights. Ask what is held about you, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use, through the contact form. You will get an answer from a person.
